Julian collaborated with a student at the Children’s Museum of the Arts on the whimsical video Filljae and Snartle, a creative exploration that began with a simple comic strip idea. Julian provided the student with a partially filled-out comic strip—a single block featuring two people arriving at the dentist at the same time. From this seed, the student expanded the concept into a playful vampire-themed narrative, blending their own imagination with Julian’s prompt. Julian then created a claymation of the comic - the result is a delightful and quirky video that showcases the student's creative process, demonstrating how a small idea can grow into a fully realized, fun-filled story.
