Dive into the world of revitalizing your wardrobe with Scrappy Mending! In this workshop, you'll transform one well-loved (stained, ripped, etc.) non-knit item from your wardrobe using basic sewing materials and techniques such as patchwork and embroidery. Perfect for beginners, this class offers a budget-friendly way to learn sewing skills and start mending your own clothes quickly. By the end, you'll have a refreshed garment and the know-how to continue sustainable mending at home.

Tickets are FREE courtesy of Library Foundation of LA. Show up at time of event. Please be on time as the class is only one hour.

Materials: All necessary additional materials, besides the item to be upcycled will be provided.
